Crue Guitarist Mick Mars Gets New Hip

According to a report on the Motley Crue website, guitarist Mick Mars underwent hip replacement surgery Tuesday. The guitarist suffers from ankylosing spondylitis, an incurable chronic degenerative disease. Apparently the surgery went well and medical staff expect Mars to be walking with help from his therapist by Wednesday morning.
